About Real1Connect: a PropTech platform for real estate brokers
Real1Connect is a real estate technology (PropTech) platform that Ackrolix Innovations developed to digitize and professionalize broker operations. It sits between property developers and brokers and gives both sides a single, subscription-driven system for managing leads, commissions, properties and marketing materials.
The business runs as a B2B SaaS product. Brokers pay for a subscription tier, and that tier decides which dashboard modules they see, how many leads they receive each day and which projects they can work on. Before the platform, much of this relationship ran on informal broker-developer communication, so every lead, commission and marketing interaction was hard to track.
The project overview brings the web dashboard and broker mobile app together. The following screens show the working interfaces for lead tracking, bookings, incentives, commissions, profile details and team access.
- Industry: real estate technology (PropTech).
- Business model: B2B SaaS with subscription-based access.
- Users served: brokers, property developers and platform administrators.

What did Real1Connect need from its broker platform?
Real1Connect needed a multi-sided platform that served brokers, developers and administrators at the same time. The requirement covered five areas: a bilingual public website, a subscription-based broker panel, an admin panel, a broker-first mobile app and a set of business rules that tie everything to the broker's active subscription.
The lead-management screen shows the broker portal’s navigation, lead-status summaries and a lead table. It illustrates one of the working surfaces within the broader web and mobile platform requirements described below.
Public-facing website in English and Arabic
The public site had to serve buyers, brokers and search engines, with full English and Arabic support.
- Project listings with filters for location, type, price and RERA status.
- Property detail pages with photos, videos, brochures, builder information and possession status.
- OTP-based broker registration with company and individual KYC verification.
- News, blog and support pages for brand building and SEO.
- Contact and inquiry forms that feed the lead distribution engine.
Subscription-based broker panel
Everything a broker can see or do in the panel is governed by the active subscription tier.
- Dashboard modules, leads and project access controlled by plan.
- Assigned leads only, limited by a daily quota per plan.
- A commission hub to track and convert commissions into cash payouts, subscription credits, marketing materials or gadgets.
- Buy, renew, upgrade or downgrade plans through Razorpay and Stripe.
- Leads only from projects the broker has subscribed to.
- A template-based landing page builder published under a broker subdomain.
- Brochures, flyers and creatives auto-branded with the broker's contact details.
- Support tickets, tracking and communication tools.
Admin panel
Administrators needed full control of brokers, inventory, leads, plans and payouts.
- Broker registration verification, KYC approval and subscription enforcement.
- Property and project management, with assignment based on broker subscriptions.
- Automatic and manual lead distribution with quota enforcement and priority routing.
- Definition of subscription tiers, modules, lead caps and pricing.
- Validation, approval and tracking of commission requests and payout conversions.
- Analytics on broker performance, project conversions and subscription revenue.
- A CMS for blogs, news and static pages.
Broker-first mobile app
Brokers also needed the core of the panel on Android and iOS.
- A subscription-driven mobile dashboard.
- Lead access within the daily quota.
- Push alerts for new leads, tasks and commission updates.
- Real-time commission and payout status.
- Mobile support ticket submission.
Business rules and subscription logic
The rules that bind the platform together were part of the brief, not an afterthought.
- No leads are distributed without an active subscription.
- Fixed daily lead limits per subscription tier.
- Leads are routed only from projects the broker selected.
- Dashboard modules appear or disappear based on the plan.
- All marketing materials automatically embed broker contact details.
- Multiple commission payout options: cash, subscriptions, materials or gadgets.
- Higher-tier brokers receive priority leads through lead scoring.

Challenges in building a subscription-driven broker marketplace
The difficulty was less about any single screen and more about rules that touch every screen. A broker's subscription had to control UI modules, lead quotas, project access and feature visibility in real time, across web and mobile, while the platform served three user groups with different permissions.
Ackrolix's project documentation groups the challenges into four areas.
Platform architecture
- Serving brokers, developers and admins with different workflows, permissions and data needs on one platform.
- A dynamic access control system that changes modules, quotas, project access and features as the subscription changes.
- Full right-to-left support for Arabic, with language switching that does not break layouts or data.
- A fair, rules-based lead routing algorithm that respects daily quotas, project selections, subscription tiers and lead scoring at once.
Broker management
- A secure but simple OTP-based registration and document verification flow for individual brokers and companies.
- A commission system supporting cash, subscription credits, marketing material and gadgets, each with admin approval.
- A no-code, subdomain-based landing page builder that brands content with broker details while keeping the platform consistent.
- Injecting broker contact details into PDF brochures and digital creatives without manual work.
Lead and project management
- Routing leads only from projects a broker subscribed to, with strict enforcement and audit trails.
- Real-time quota tracking across concurrent users to prevent over-allocation.
- Admin-controlled lead scoring that gives higher-tier brokers priority.
- On subscription lapse, revoking module access, pausing lead delivery and notifying the broker without losing data.
Technical and infrastructure
- Instant push notifications for leads, commissions and subscription alerts on web and mobile.
- Integrating Razorpay for India and Stripe for international subscription payments and renewals.
- Keeping the mobile app consistent with the web broker panel while adapting the UX for small screens.
- Infrastructure able to grow from early adopters to thousands of concurrent brokers.
- Role-based protection of commission data, pricing and lead contact details.
- Real-time dashboards combining broker performance, lead conversion, subscription revenue and project insights.

How did Ackrolix build Real1Connect's bilingual public website?
Ackrolix delivered Real1Connect as four connected products: a bilingual public website, a broker panel, an admin panel and Android and iOS apps. The public website is where developers' inventory meets buyers and where brokers first discover the platform.
- Full English and Arabic (RTL) support with dynamic language switching and localized content.
- A filterable, searchable property and project catalog with RERA details, photos, videos, brochures and developer profiles.
- Inquiry forms on property pages that feed directly into the lead distribution engine.
- OTP-based broker registration with KYC document upload for individuals and companies.
- An SEO-oriented blog, news and support hub.
- A mobile-first responsive layout.

The Real1Connect broker panel: leads, commissions and subscriptions on one screen
The broker panel is the working center of the platform, and every module in it responds to the broker's active plan. Modules a plan does not include simply do not appear.
The broker dashboard brings activity summaries and module navigation into one working view. It gives brokers a starting point for reviewing their account activity before entering the relevant lead, booking or support workflow.
Core dashboard
- Subscription status overview with module visibility controlled by the active plan.
- A real-time lead counter for daily allocation, consumed and remaining leads.
- A commission summary with pending, approved and conversion history.
- Quick-access panels for recent activity, upcoming follow-ups and notifications.
Lead management
- Brokers see assigned leads only, never leads from projects outside their subscription.
- Daily quota enforcement in real time with a live counter.
- Lead detail view with contact information, property interest, lead score and a follow-up scheduler.
- An activity log of every interaction with each lead.
Commission hub
- Commission tracking by project, lead and timeline.
- Conversion requests for cash payouts, subscription renewals, marketing credits or merchandise.
- Admin approval tracking and payout history.
Subscription management and project selection
- Buy, renew, upgrade or downgrade plans through Razorpay and Stripe.
- Plan comparison showing module access, lead caps and project selection limits.
- Auto-renewal with expiry notifications and grace-period handling, and automatic access revocation on lapse.
- Project and category selection within plan limits, with lead routing updated automatically when the selection changes.
- Project performance metrics per broker.
Landing page builder and auto-branded marketing materials
- Template selection with broker and project details filled in automatically.
- Publishing under a broker subdomain (for example, broker-name.real1connect.com) with SSL, with multiple project pages per subdomain depending on plan.
- Brochures, flyers and digital creatives with the broker's contact details injected automatically.
- Exports as PDF, JPG and social media sizes, organized in a gallery by project and content type.

Admin panel and the engines behind lead routing and subscriptions
The admin panel gives the Real1Connect team control over the full broker lifecycle, inventory, lead pool, plans and payouts. Behind both the admin and broker panels sits a set of backend engines that Ackrolix built specifically for this platform.
These engines are what keep web and mobile behavior consistent. Access rules, lead allocation and payment-driven activation are decided once on the server rather than separately in each client.
Admin panel features
- Broker lifecycle management: registration approval, KYC verification, subscription assignment and account management.
- Property and project CMS with rich media, RERA details and broker assignment rules.
- Lead pool control with manual and automated assignment, quota management, project matching and lead scoring.
- A subscription engine to define tiers, module access, lead caps, project limits and pricing.
- A commission approval workflow handling multiple payout types.
- An analytics dashboard for lead conversion, broker performance rankings, subscription revenue and project-level ROI.
- Bulk notifications, targeted announcements and in-platform messaging to broker segments.
- Audit trails for lead assignments, module access changes and commission approvals.
Core technical capabilities
- Dynamic subscription logic engine: a backend rule engine that controls UI visibility, feature access, lead allocation and project routing from real-time subscription status.
- Real-time lead distribution algorithm: matches each incoming lead to eligible brokers by project selection, remaining daily quota, subscription tier and lead score.
- Auto-branding engine: a PDF and image pipeline that embeds broker details into marketing materials.
- Subdomain management: automated subdomain provisioning and SSL certificates for broker landing pages.
- Payment integration: Razorpay (India) and Stripe (international) with webhook-driven subscription activation and access updates.

Android and iOS apps for brokers in the field
The mobile app was specified as broker-first. It keeps feature visibility in line with the web panel, so a broker sees the same plan-based modules on a phone as on a desktop, and it adds offline access for working without a connection.
The current app screens show the mobile home, lead-management view and booking-management flow. Brokers can review activity, inspect lead statuses and work with booking records from the mobile interface.
- Subscription-driven dashboard matching the web panel's feature visibility.
- View, claim and follow up on leads within the daily quota.
- Push notifications for new leads, quota resets, commission updates and subscription reminders.
- Commission tracker with earnings history, payout requests and approval status.
- Support ticket submission and tracking.
- Offline mode with cached lead and commission data.
08 / The project
Mobile incentive requests and commission tracking
The mobile app separates incentive claims from commission requests. Brokers can review booking-linked records, inspect the relevant status and continue through the available claim or request action. Displayed amounts and counts illustrate the interface.
- Review incentive requests against the relevant booking.
- Inspect commission status and the associated property record.
- Continue through the available request or claim action.
09 / The project
Mobile profile and team access
Profile management brings personal, company, KYC and bank-information entry points into the mobile app. The team view lists members and account status, giving the business user a place to review team access alongside their own profile.
- Review personal and company profile information.
- Open the relevant profile-management section.
- Review team members and their account status.
10 / The project
Web dashboard team management
The web team-management view complements the mobile team screen. A searchable table, member-status controls and an add-member action provide a desktop working surface for team access administration.
- Find the required member in the team table.
- Review role and current account status.
- Use the appropriate add or account-management action.

How does a broker get from sign-up to receiving leads?
Profile and account details support the broker onboarding journey. The web profile view keeps personal and company information together while the platform applies the documented subscription and lead-distribution rules.
The flows below are assembled from the features in Ackrolix's project documentation. They show how the subscription and lead distribution engines work together once a broker is active.
Broker onboarding flow
- Register with OTP verification as an individual broker or a company.
- Upload KYC documents; an administrator verifies and approves the account.
- Buy a subscription through Razorpay or Stripe; a payment webhook activates the plan and its modules.
- Select projects or property categories within the plan's allocation.
- Publish a landing page under the broker subdomain and download auto-branded marketing materials.
Lead distribution flow
- A buyer submits an inquiry on a property page or contact form.
- The lead enters the lead pool, where admin-controlled scoring can apply.
- The distribution algorithm checks project selection, remaining daily quota, subscription tier and lead score to find eligible brokers.
- The lead appears on the broker's web dashboard and mobile app with a push notification.
- The broker follows up, logs activity and, on conversion, raises a commission request for admin approval.
Subscription lapse
- The broker receives expiry notifications, with grace-period handling.
- On lapse, module access is revoked and lead delivery pauses automatically.
- Historical data is retained, so access resumes when the plan is renewed.
