About Galio India

Galio India sells car accessories online to vehicle owners in India. Its live store presents floor mats, trunk mats, car body covers, scooty mats, air fresheners, door edge guards and exterior trim, with many products listed against a specific vehicle make and model.

Ackrolix's portfolio lists Galio India as an online product catalog for automotive products, built on Shopify. For a catalog like this, the main job of the storefront is to help a shopper find the accessory that fits their car quickly and to show enough product detail to buy with confidence.

That is harder for car accessories than for many other categories. The same mat design comes in many versions for different vehicles, model years and seat layouts, so the catalog has to make those differences easy to see.

What Ackrolix delivered

The engagement is recorded as a Shopify online product catalog for automotive products. Shopify provides the hosted storefront, product and collection management, cart and checkout, so the catalog work centers on how products are organized and presented. Collections, product tags and themes make it practical to show the same products by vehicle, by category and by merchandising group, and to keep adding new vehicle models over time.

The live store reflects the kind of structure an automotive catalog needs:

  • A vehicle-first navigation path, starting with the car rather than the product type.
  • Product collections grouped by accessory category.
  • Product cards that show the vehicle brand, model and fitment in the product title.
  • Merchandising blocks for bestsellers, new arrivals and featured products.

A homepage built around vehicle selection

The top of the live store combines a slim announcement bar, a utility row with About, Blog and Contact links, social icons and an India (INR) region selector, followed by the logo, a search field, account and cart icons.

The main menu covers Browse By Car, Car Accessories, Car Body Cover (flagged with a Sale badge), Scooty Mats, Best Seller, New Arrivals and Contact. Below it, a full-width hero image of a car on a forest road carries a three-step Select Your Vehicle tool: shoppers choose a vehicle, a model and a year, then press Search. Putting fitment first on the homepage matches how people shop for car mats and covers, which must suit one specific vehicle.

Promotions and a bestseller grid

Directly below the hero, three promotional cards point to car mats, fragrances and car exterior deals, each with a product thumbnail and an Explore link.

The Bestsellers block follows, with a short subheading and toggle pills for Car Floor Mats and New Arrivals. Each product card shows a large product image that pairs the mat set with a picture of the matching car, a small brand label such as the vehicle manufacturer, a descriptive title that names the model and year range, the price line and a stock indicator. Badges on the image mark items that are sold out or discounted. This layout lets a shopper scan for their vehicle by name without opening each product.

The toggle pills keep the section compact. Instead of stacking separate grids for each group, the same space can switch between floor mats and new arrivals, which keeps the homepage shorter while still surfacing several product groups.

Shopping by category

Further down, a scrolling strip repeats short brand values such as Durable, Premium Quality and Made in India. A Shop By Category row then shows six image tiles: Car Floor Mats, side vent, Trunk Mats, Car Door Edge Guard, Car Air Freshener and Car Trash Bin.

Below the category row, a wide banner promotes chrome garnishes with close-up product imagery of a mirror cover and trim pieces. Together these give shoppers who don't start with a vehicle a second route into the catalog, by accessory type.

The tiles use real product photography with short labels, so each category is recognizable at a glance. Smaller add-on items such as trash bins and air fresheners sit next to larger purchases like floor mats, which encourages browsing across the range.

Explaining the product in detail

The homepage also includes alternating feature blocks for the car mat range. One block, tagged Guaranteed Fit, carries the heading Design for Ultimate Coverage and a short paragraph on fit, coverage and protecting the car's carpet, with a Shop Now link beside a close-up photo of a fitted floor mat.

Sections like this sit between product grids and give the catalog room to explain materials and fit in plain language. That supports shoppers who are comparing mats on more than price.

Featured products and supported car brands

A Featured Products section, with New Arrivals and Best Seller toggles, shows a second product grid that mixes universal items such as a door handle guard and air fresheners with vehicle-specific floor mats. The cards use the same structure as the bestseller grid, which keeps the catalog consistent.

Below it, a row of car brand logos (including Kia, Toyota, Honda, Isuzu, Skoda and Ford) acts as another shortcut for shoppers who think in terms of their car's manufacturer. Further down, the live store adds customer review cards, a blog section with articles on car accessories, and a strip covering value, replacement, delivery and GST billing.

The blog and review sections give the store content beyond product listings, which can help shoppers learn about accessories before they buy.
