About the client

SGN Software is a software and consulting company that works as an SAP partner. Its logo carries the line "Advanced Technology Consulting," and its website is aimed at businesses evaluating SAP implementation, migration and support services.

The site's header reflects that audience. A slim blue top bar shows a contact email plus Helpdesk and HR Portal links, while the main menu offers About, Solutions, Industries, AI, Case Studies, Gallery and Career, with a "Contact us" button on the right.

The menu items point to several audiences: buyers comparing SAP partners, readers looking for evidence in case studies, and job seekers browsing careers. Gallery and AI pages sit alongside the core offering.

What Ackrolix delivered

Ackrolix's portfolio lists SGN Software as a software company and SAP partner, with the service type recorded as Website. The scope is the company's public web presence: how SGN introduces itself and organizes its SAP offerings for visitors.

The live site may have changed since the engagement. The sections below describe what the site shows today.

For an SAP partner, the website is often a buyer's first stop when comparing implementation and support providers. The structure needs to make the service range and credentials easy to find.

  • Client: SGN Software
  • Industry: Software company and SAP partner
  • Listed service: Website

Homepage hero

The homepage opens with a large headline: "Empowering Businesses Through Intelligent SAP Solutions," with "Intelligent SAP" picked out in blue. A one-line summary underneath positions SGN around AI-powered SAP solutions, and a blue "Explore our SAP Solutions" button leads into the service catalog.

The right half of the screen is a 3D composition of blue and white blocks that moves as the visitor scrolls. The pale blue gradient on the left keeps the text easy to read against the bolder artwork on the right.

The 3D artwork uses the same blue as the logo, buttons and highlighted words, so the hero stays consistent with the brand instead of relying on stock imagery.

Company profile and SAP partnership

Further down, a row of six icon counters gives a quick snapshot of the company. They cover areas such as go-lives, years of experience, consultants and cloud adoptions.

The next section, "SGN Software: Your trusted SAP Gold Partner," pairs two paragraphs about the company's approach with three check-marked points on AI-driven implementations, tailored solutions and end-to-end support. On the right, a framed blue SAP partner event graphic carries the SGN Software name.

The layout puts credentials next to the company description, where a visitor comparing SAP partners is likely to look.

The counters use small outline icons and short labels, so the strip can be scanned in a few seconds. Three check-marked lines turn the longer description into points a buyer can skim, and visitors who want more detail can go to the About and Case Studies pages.

Interactive SAP solutions explorer

Under the heading "Innovative SAP Solutions for Every Business Challenge," the site uses a two-panel explorer rather than a long list of service cards.

A blue navigation panel on the left groups the offerings: SAP Business Suite (including SAP Cloud ERP, Cloud ERP Private, Process & System Study, Migrations and Application Management Service), SuccessFactors, Finance & Spend Management (including Treasury & Risk Management, S/4HANA for Group Reporting and Ariba), and Data Volume Management (including OpenText Archiving, SAP BTP and SAP Business Data Cloud).

The right panel shows the selected item, in this case SAP Cloud ERP, with an SAP logo, a short explanation, a "Know More" button and a supporting image.

Because only one service is shown at a time, the page stays a manageable length as the catalog grows. The selected item is highlighted in white, so visitors always know what they are viewing, and new SAP offerings can be added to the list without redesigning the section.

Why this structure suits an SAP partner

SAP portfolios are broad, and buyers usually arrive looking for one specific module or service. Grouping the catalog into families and showing one service at a time lets a visitor find a module quickly without scrolling past everything else.

Placing Helpdesk and HR Portal links in the top bar also keeps operational traffic away from the main sales journey. Existing clients and staff get direct routes, while new visitors follow the hero and solutions explorer.

The same blue runs through the top bar, buttons, hero artwork and explorer panel, giving the site a consistent identity tied to the brand mark.

  • Single, clear call to action in the hero
  • Company credentials beside the company description
  • Grouped, tabbed catalog for a large SAP service range

Planning a similar project

Technology partners with broad catalogs benefit from planning the information structure before the visual design. Start by grouping services the way buyers search for them, decide which credentials belong near the top of the page, and give each service a short summary that links to a detailed page.

Ackrolix's website team can help map that structure, design reusable sections such as counters and tabbed explorers, and build pages that the client's team can keep up to date as the offering changes.

Clear headings and one primary action per section also keep the experience straightforward for visitors who arrive from search on a specific SAP topic.
